At the Indiana Black Legislative Caucus Education Foundation (IBLCEF), we believe that access to education is a critical pathway to equity, leadership, and long-term success. Our scholarship program is designed to support and empower Indiana students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential, and a commitment to community service.
Through this initiative, we aim to reduce financial barriers and invest in the next generation of changemakers—those who are ready to shape a more just and inclusive future for Indiana and beyond.
