The Indiana Black Legislative Caucus Education Foundation, Inc. (IBLCEF) exists to empower youth, develop leaders, inform policy, and educate the public on key issues affecting minority communities in Indiana. Through educational initiatives, leadership training, and civic engagement, we aim to build a brighter future for all Hoosiers.
